Definitely a good place to shop at and I actually had purchased a dirtbike almost 8 years ago and I still got that bike til this day and have it as one of my collection bikes. And the workers and every one that works there are good people and very polite and always ask me if I need help with anything. And I was there this weekend on Saturday and I met an amazing beautiful worker and her name is Tania and I just want to say she is an amazing beautiful lady and definitely great to conversate with and as I visited the show room looking at the dirtbikes Me and Tania were going back and forth talking about motorcycles and showing me the differences on the bikes.and just want to say Tania is an amazing worker

Knowledgeable technicians, great service writers, and an excellently stocked showroom. I contacted my service writer Wes a few days ago to schedule a brake pad replacement, along with brake and clutch fluid change. Wes ordered the pads ( I requested OEM) and notified me as soon as they were in, which only took a day or two. I brought the Concours in this morning at 9:30am and had it back in my hands within a couple of hours. Brandon did the service and as always, his attention to detail was spot on. He even took photos of the old pads, and the reassembled unit, just so I could have a visual reference as to what he actually saw while he was taking things apart. And to top it off, Brandon even went that extra step to make my calipers look brand spanking new...now that's what I call "attention to detail." There was only one minor drawback to the visit, and that was the overwhelming urge to purchase another motorcycle...lol, they have an absolutely amazing amount of new and used machines to gawk at! This store is the real deal, everyone I met greated me with a smile or an offer to assist me in locating parts etc...thanks Langston

Went to Langstons to purchase new googles. Well because of their amazing inventory we started looking at a new Razor. We had a great sales guy, that walked us through the purchase of an amazing Polaris Razor Pro R. Off course we had to upgrade and add a few awesome things and it would not have been possible without the help of Edith. She is unbelievable beyond words and knows these inside and out on every turn. She gave us ideas which made this the most amazing Razor ever! And that’s an understatement. She kept us informed on all special orders, and updated daily on progress. We knew through the excitement in her texts and calls that it was going to be incredible. Brandon the technician that made the magic happen was also incredible as well. He is a master at electrical and truly doped the heck out of it. And then I must add the delivery of it the delivery young man was awesome as well. Because of this team from sales, to service, to technicians, to delivery we are beyond happy. If you want quality Langstons is the ticket. Thank you to you all. I needed a part and wanted to verify that their inventory was correct in store as the online website before I purchased the order. The parts salesman Wes was extremely helpful and physically made sure they had the product. I then asked if I’d be able to overnight ship it because I’m in a different state and again he was super helpful in communicating to the shipping company (FedEx) to be certain it would make the cutoff and reach me by the next day. I’d highly recommend, and would gladly do business again

Went down to Langston to look at some off road vehicles this past week and was blown away by all the options they had to offer! Customer service was OUTSTANDING! Rich was our rep helping us out, went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Then we were introduced to Edith, who was just a ball of knowledge. Told us everything that we should know about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Edith is a fabulous asset, especially when it comes to buyers that know nothing about these types of vehicles. After that we were introduced to Sal, who is the manager there. Sal was fantastic! Did his best research to find us the lowest rate possible and got it for us. Last but not least we met Devyn in finance. Devyn had a great customer service and was absolutely fantastic at his job. Had us in and out of finance in less than 10 minutes. What a great experience to come into a store where every representative is out and willing to help and actually excited to do it. Solid first experience getting my bike serviced here. Maria was great. There was a some oil that was spilled during the service that wasn’t cleaned up, but if that’s the worst thing I have to worry about, I’m good.

I just bought some tires for my Hayabusa and Maria explained the different type of tires to me and choosing the right tire for your riding style and I was able to get the best tires at a low cost for my riding style. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I also bought a 2023 Kawasaki Z125 Pro and John was the absolute best salesperson and got me the lowest price and made the buying experience easy and stress free.
